it starts with the rotisserie!

Our Chicken Salad is famous here in the Brazos Valley!  We first rotisserie all our chicken breast, creating a juicy, flavorful meat.  Our unique recipe has been handed down from Mark's own mother, and still holds true after all these years.  We try to always keep it stocked in the cooler, but we love to take special orders so when planning your special occasion, you can feed your guests something you know they'll love, without the stress of making it yourself.

Baked from Scratch

In 2016 we bought an old family recipe for the perfect pecan pie and have been enjoying offering these to our customers ever since.  Starting with New Crop Texas Pecans, we bake both regular-size pies and personal pies in-store from scratch.  Many companies have been enjoying ordering these personal-sized pies for employees and events, let us know if we can bake a batch just for you!
